Ptak Warsaw Expo - exhibition and congress centre in Nadarzyn
Ptak Warsaw Expo is a large trade fair and exhibition centre located in Nadarzyn, on the south-western outskirts of Warsaw. The venue hosts trade fairs, conferences, congresses, corporate events, shows, concerts, sporting events and other large-scale events.
The centre offers 153,000 m² of exhibition space distributed across six halls. The indoor facilities are complemented by approximately 500,000 m² of outdoor space, which can be used for open-air exhibitions, machinery and vehicle demonstrations, sporting events and special events.
Exhibition halls at Ptak Warsaw Expo
The complex consists of six halls designated by the letters A to F. Hall A is reserved for permanent rental, while the remaining halls are used for trade fairs, conferences and other events.
Halls B, C and D each offer approximately 20,000 m² of rental space. Each hall can be divided into three independent zones using soundproof partition walls. This makes it possible to organise several events simultaneously or to create separate exhibition, conference and demonstration areas.
Hall E offers more than 17,000 m² of rental space, while Hall F provides more than 21,000 m². The two halls are connected by a covered passageway. Individual spaces can be adapted to the size of the event, the number of exhibitors and the type of products being presented.
The halls can be illuminated with natural daylight through roof skylights or completely darkened. The roof structures also allow lighting, advertising and decorative elements to be suspended, subject to prior approval of their location and permitted load by the technical department.
Conference facilities
Ptak Warsaw Expo has conference rooms and spaces designed for lectures, training sessions, product launches, panel discussions and business meetings.
Glazed conference rooms, meeting rooms and spaces that can be used as VIP zones, organisational facilities or catering points are located next to the halls. Hall E provides seven conference rooms ranging in size from 125 to 600 m².
The conference facilities make it possible to combine a trade fair exhibition with a parallel programme of presentations and discussions. This is particularly useful during events involving technology demonstrations, industry training, congresses and meetings with experts.
Technical facilities
The halls are suitable for standard and custom-built exhibition stands, large display structures, machinery and vehicle presentations and complete production lines.
The first zone of Hall F has a system of utility channels providing electricity, water and sewage connections and compressed air. The availability of specific connections in other halls and locations should be checked before preparing the exhibition stand design.
The size of the venue makes it possible to organise several related events at the same time. Individual trade fairs may be held in different halls, so exhibitors and visitors should carefully check the hall designation, entrance number and stand location before arrival.
Outdoor area and parking
Ptak Warsaw Expo offers approximately 500,000 m² of outdoor space. The area can be used for demonstrations of construction and agricultural machinery, test drives, vehicle presentations, large-scale exhibits, outdoor events and additional event zones.
Approximately 15,000 parking spaces are available next to the complex, with access to the individual halls. The extensive grounds facilitate the handling of large numbers of participants and the delivery of equipment required during exhibition stand installation.
Before arriving, exhibitors should check the rules for technical vehicle access, the location of the correct entrance gate, installation and dismantling hours and the conditions for leaving vehicles on the venue grounds.

Ptak Warsaw Expo from an exhibitor's perspective
Ptak Warsaw Expo is primarily designed to host large trade fairs and industry events. The size of the halls allows for the construction of both small modular stands and extensive custom-built exhibition stands, as well as presentations of machinery, vehicles and large technological installations.
Due to the scale of the complex, careful logistics planning is essential. Before the event, exhibitors should check the hall number, stand layout, location of the nearest entrance, availability of utility connections, rigging regulations and the installation and dismantling schedule.
For large exhibits, it is advisable to confirm the width of the technical gates, the permissible floor load, the maximum stand height and the possibility of bringing vehicles into the hall in advance. Technical conditions may vary depending on the hall and the specific event.
