What is the trade fair structure?

Trade fair development includes the design and construction of the physical space of the stand: walls, structures, backstage, counters, platforms, displays, talking points, lighting and technical elements. Its task is not only to look good, but also to function practically throughout the duration of the fair.

What does the process of implementing trade fair development look like?

Brief and needs analysis

At the beginning, we collect information about the event, square footage, stand location, number of open pages, goals of participation in the fair, products, number of people serving the stand and the expected scope of work.

3D design and approval

For more complex projects, we prepare a space concept and visualization that shows the stand layout, main structural elements, graphics, display and proportions.

At this stage, you can refine the layout, back-office function, brand visibility, product placement and scope of technical elements.

Production and preparation

After the design is approved, structural elements, graphics, equipment and materials needed for assembly are prepared. At this stage, compliance with the dimensions, organizer's guidelines and real conditions of the hall is important.

Well-prepared production reduces the risk of problems during assembly.

Assembly in the hall and acceptance

Assembly takes place within the dates specified by the fair organizer. In the hall, the structure is assembled, elements are placed, lighting, equipment and graphics are installed.

After completing the assembly, the stand should be ready for the work of the exhibitor's team: clean, stable, functional and consistent with the approved scope.

Dismantling after the event

After the end of the fair, the buildings are dismantled according to the facility's schedule. A well-planned disassembly reduces stress after the event and allows the exhibitor to focus on the contacts acquired during the fair.

How much does a trade fair development cost?

The price of trade fair development depends on the scope of work. The square footage alone is not enough for a reliable valuation, because the cost consists of structure, design, materials, graphics, equipment, light, transport, assembly, disassembly and completion date.

What influences the price?

The following factors have the greatest impact on the cost: stand area, type of construction, number of walls, platforms, facilities, counters, displays, individual elements, lighting, multimedia, graphics, transport and organizer's requirements.

A simple system development will be cheaper than an individual structure with a non-standard shape, displays and extensive equipment.
