We plan the section in two layers: first, branding and wall wrapping, and then structural elements and exhibition items. Thanks to this, the booth is visually and technically consistent.

    We work on your materials or prepare a graphic design from scratch. The price of printing includes minor corrections, adjustment to the structure, bleeds, scale.

  3. Production

    Printing usingecological Latextechnology, laminating according to needs, cutting and plotting along the outline. Fitted patterns between the boards, without bubbles and excessive wrinkles.

  4. Installation in the hall

    We do the installationon our side - application on the structure inPtak Warsaw Expo. Disassembly after the fair is simple; You can also optionally remove the graphics yourself if you prefer to have full control.

What do I need to prepare as an exhibitor to get started?

It's best to prepare: the technical plan of the booth from the organizer (or dimensions), the assembly date, the logo and basic brand materials, and information on what you want to showcase. Based on this, we select the package and scope of work.

Do I have to provide my own graphic design?

No. We can print from your ready-made files or prepare a design from scratch based on your guidelines and brand book.

How to prepare for a quote?

We need: the technical plan of the booth from the trade fair organizer (or just the wall dimensions), an initial idea for the graphics, and the assembly date. The earlier, the more flexibility we have.

Do the foils leave marks on the walls?

We standardly use foils that do not leave glue and do not damage the panels after dismantling. This is crucial if the structure is rented from the organizer.

What is the lead time?

The timeline depends on the scope and the hall's calendar. In practice, we start by matching the package to the budget and assembly dates, and then we confirm a realistic schedule. Last-minute? Write to us — we will check availability and propose an option that can be safely delivered.

Do you help choose a package if the budget is fixed?

Yes. That's our standard. In the configurator and during the pricing, we show which elements give the greatest impact on the booth within your budget and what can be added or removed without risking the quality of assembly.

Do you travel to any hall in Poland?

Yes. We focus on Poland — we carry out booth wrapping and assembly in halls all over the country (including cities with large-format trade fair centers). We will adapt the quote and assembly plan to your location and the organizer's deadline.

How does LUMIBOX differ from a standard board?

LUMIBOX is an illuminated modular display – it shines evenly and is visible from a long distance. We rent it for the duration of the trade fair, so you don't have to invest in owning the equipment. Available with every package.

What is included in the price per m² of wrapping?

Depending on the package: print (Latex), foil or medium, minor graphic adjustments (fitting to the structure, bleeds, scaling), assembly in the hall, and dismantling. We prepare a detailed quote individually for each booth.

Ile kosztuje wynajęcie i wyposażenie stanowiska targowego?

Koszt zabudowy i wyposażenia stanowiska targowego w EXPO-24.pl zależy od jego powierzchni, rodzaju konstrukcji, zakresu oklejania, wyposażenia, oświetlenia oraz dodatkowych elementów ekspozycyjnych. Każde stoisko targowe wyceniamy indywidualnie na podstawie rzutu, wizualizacji lub opisu potrzeb wystawcy. Osobnym kosztem jest wynajem powierzchni targowej, czyli miejsca na hali, rozliczany bezpośrednio z organizatorem wydarzenia.
