The security fair focuses on facility protection, monitoring, alarm systems and security integration. They are suitable for device manufacturers, integrators, installers and companies operating industrial and public infrastructure.

Fire and rescue events require equipment to be presented in the context of specific activities, conditions of use and operator safety. Defense fairs are addressed mainly to institutional clients, services and entities carrying out orders with specific formal requirements.

Before booking a stand, check the visitor profile, the scope of the event, the possibility of conducting a demonstration, the rules for presenting equipment and the technical conditions of the hall.

How to prepare a stand for a security fair?

The stand should allow you to evaluate the product, not just view it. In the case of devices, monitoring and access control systems, it is worth preparing a working demonstration showing a specific application scenario.

Personal protective equipment, work clothing and service equipment should be grouped according to use, level of protection or work environment. Parameters, compliance with standards and certification information should be clear, but cannot dominate all communication.

Exhibitors often do not provide adequate testing space or arrange equipment in a way that makes access difficult. Another problem is the lack of preparation of the technical representative for conversations with people assessing the possibility of integration, compatibility and operating conditions.

At defense and service events, communication based on spectacle without presenting the functions, limitations and conditions of use of the technology is inappropriate.
