Służewiec Racecourse - event and exhibition venue in Warsaw Służewiec Racecourse is a historic horse racing complex and multifunctional event venue located at 266 Puławska Street in Warsaw. The venue combines modernist architecture, extensive green areas, historic grandstands, indoor spaces and large open areas suitable for outdoor events. The complex covers approximately 138 hectares and is one of the most distinctive venues of its kind in Warsaw. The racecourse opened in 1939, and its architectural and landscape design has retained its historic character. At the same time, its individual spaces are used for contemporary business, cultural, exhibition and sporting events. Służewiec Racecourse can host conferences, galas, fashion shows, concerts, exhibitions, product presentations, team-building events, company picnics, training sessions, workshops and business meetings. Its extensive grounds also allow for the creation of temporary trade fair zones, tent structures, vehicle displays and open-air presentations. Służewiec Racecourse is not a conventional trade fair centre with a single group of exhibition halls. Its offer includes several spaces of different character that can be combined and adapted to the format of a specific event. Grandstand II Grandstand II is the main indoor event space at Służewiec Racecourse. It is designed for medium-sized and large events that can attract up to several thousand participants. The main hall of Grandstand II covers more than 1,800 m² and is approximately 11 m high. The open space can be adapted for exhibitions, corporate events, conferences, galas, concerts, specialist trade fairs, product presentations and temporary displays. The height of the hall allows for extensive lighting systems, screens, stage design and event structures. The possibility of installing suspended elements and the detailed structural load limits must always be agreed with the venue's technical team. The hall contains two mezzanines that can serve as VIP areas, technical facilities, production areas for event teams or spaces for organisational support. The hall is complemented by a rotunda covering approximately 450 m². It is a semicircular, fully glazed room with an independent entrance. It can be used as a reception area, welcome zone, registration point, catering space, additional exhibition area or meeting zone. Organisers also have access to two technical rooms with a combined area exceeding 200 m². They have separate exits leading outside and into the main hall. The sanitary facilities in Grandstand II cover approximately 200 m² and are divided into six sections. Two of them have been adapted for people with disabilities. Separate entrances to the hall and the rotunda allow the movement of participants, exhibitors, invited guests and technical teams to be separated. This facilitates the organisation of an event comprising several zones with different functions. Honorary Grandstand The Honorary Grandstand is a historic pre-war building designed in the modernist style. The venue is primarily selected for conferences, banquets, galas, shows, business breakfasts, press meetings, training sessions and events of a more intimate or representative nature. Distinctive features of the building include extensive glazing and views over the green area of the racecourse. Its historic architecture can form an important part of the event's visual identity and stage design. The Honorary Grandstand consists of three floors. The ground floor covers approximately 600 m² and is connected to a terrace measuring approximately 1,100 m². The space can accommodate up to approximately 500 participants. The first floor covers approximately 500 m². It is complemented by a terrace of approximately 290 m² and a balcony of approximately 80 m². This floor is intended for a maximum of approximately 200 people. The second floor offers approximately 450 m² of space and a balcony measuring approximately 80 m². The maximum number of participants is approximately 150. The individual floors can be assigned different functions. One may serve as the main conference room, while the others can be used as meeting zones, catering areas, speaker facilities, exhibition spaces or VIP areas. When planning an event, the historic character of the building, its existing room layout and restrictions concerning the attachment of elements to walls, floors and the building structure must be taken into account. English Park English Park is one of the largest green event spaces at Służewiec Racecourse. It covers approximately 3 hectares and is used for picnics, team-building events, outdoor concerts, celebrations and recreational zones, among other activities. The park includes an open green area covering approximately 2 hectares. It contains a fountain with a pool occupying approximately 2,000 m². The second part of the park covers approximately 1 hectare and is wooded. It can be used as a shaded area for relaxation, catering, networking or less formal activities. The extensive space allows for tents, stages, partner zones, small exhibition stands, food outlets and relaxation areas. Before installing any structures, the rules for vehicle access to the green area, permitted installation locations, anchoring options and requirements for protecting the ground and existing vegetation must be confirmed. Park and White Paddock The Park and White Paddock form an area with a total size of approximately 1 hectare. The combination of an open paddock and green surroundings makes it possible to organise outdoor events, relaxation zones, brand presentations, picnics and smaller exhibitions. The area can be used as an independent event space or as an addition to a programme held in the grandstands and other parts of the complex. The paddock provides greater openness and visibility for displays, while the park section can serve as a recreational, catering or networking area. Main car park and access avenue The largest area available for events is the main car park together with the access avenue. The entire area covers nearly 7.5 hectares and can provide approximately 2,500 parking spaces when used for its primary purpose. The car park itself measures approximately 350 × 70 m. Its extensive and relatively regular layout makes it possible to organise large outdoor events, festivals, concerts, automotive presentations, demonstration zones and temporary exhibition areas. Large tent structures can be installed on the green areas adjacent to the car park. This makes it possible to create covered temporary halls, catering zones, technical facilities or areas for exhibitors. The access avenue leading to the car park is more than one kilometre long. It consists of two dual-carriageway roads and can be used for sporting events, demonstrations, test drives and vehicle presentations. When the car park is used as an event area, the number of available parking spaces is reduced. The organiser should therefore provide alternative parking zones, separate spaces for exhibitors and technical teams, and clearly designated entry and exit routes. Trade fairs and exhibitions at Służewiec Racecourse Służewiec Racecourse can host specialist trade fairs, exhibitions, product presentations and events combining a business section with an outdoor programme. Grandstand II can serve as the main exhibition hall. The rotunda can be used as a reception area, partner zone or additional exhibition space, while the mezzanines and technical rooms can provide organisational facilities. Larger events can use tent structures installed in the car park or on the green areas. This solution makes it possible to create a temporary trade fair space with a layout adapted to the number of exhibitors and the type of products being presented. The open areas are well suited to displays of cars, outdoor equipment, sports products, recreational solutions and other items requiring a large amount of space. However, organisers and exhibitors must take weather conditions into account. Tents, walls, flags, gates, screens and advertising structures should be properly weighted or anchored and prepared for wind and rainfall. Technical facilities Technical conditions vary depending on the part of the complex being used. The grandstands, green areas, car park and temporary exhibition structures offer different possibilities in terms of power supply, installation, suspended elements and equipment transport. Before preparing an exhibition stand design, access to electricity, internet, water, lighting and other utilities should be confirmed. Outdoor areas may require temporary distribution boards, protected cables and additional lighting. During outdoor events, particular attention must be paid to the routing of installations across pedestrian and traffic routes. Cables should be properly protected, and their placement must not obstruct participants or block technical access routes. The installation of elements in the historic grandstands requires approval from the venue administration. It should not be assumed that drilling, gluing or attaching graphics directly to historic surfaces will be permitted. Set-up and dismantling Due to the size of the complex, access for technical teams should be carefully planned. The correct gate, access route and unloading area depend on the part of the venue in which the event is taking place. Before arrival, the set-up hours, pass issuance rules, access conditions for trucks and delivery vehicles, and the length of time a vehicle may remain beside the event area should be confirmed. For structures installed in the car park or green areas, set-up may include tents, platforms, stages, fencing, temporary electrical installations and safety elements. Exhibitors should receive an accurate stand plan, information about the type of surface and the parameters of the available space. A design prepared for a standard exhibition hall may require modification if the stand is to be installed in a grandstand, rotunda or beneath a tent structure. Parking Służewiec Racecourse has a main car park capable of providing nearly 2,500 parking spaces. However, the actual number of spaces available during an event depends on how the area is arranged. When part of the car park is used for a stage, tents, exhibition stands, catering or displays, the number of spaces available for vehicles is reduced accordingly. The organiser may designate separate zones for participants, exhibitors, technical teams, suppliers and invited guests. Entry may be provided from Puławska Street, Poleczki Street or through other gates of the complex, depending on the event traffic plan. Before arrival, current signage and organiser announcements should be checked. Traffic rules within the racecourse may change during larger events or on race days. Getting to Służewiec Racecourse Służewiec Racecourse is located at 266 Puławska Street in the southern part of Warsaw. Its location beside one of the city's main arterial roads provides convenient access by car from the city centre, Mokotów, Ursynów and the southern districts of Warsaw. The Wyścigi public transport stop complex is located nearby and is served by trams and buses. Current route numbers and timetables should be checked before the event, as transport arrangements may change. Additional services or special bus routes may operate during the largest events. However, they are not a permanent transport option for every event. The venue is also accessible by bicycle. Bicycle racks are located near the entrances. Służewiec Racecourse from an exhibitor's perspective Służewiec Racecourse differs significantly from a typical exhibition hall. Its main advantages are its distinctive architecture, extensive greenery, large outdoor areas and the possibility of combining an indoor event with an outdoor programme. Grandstand II allows for the construction of exhibition stands, displays and presentations in an enclosed space. The Honorary Grandstand is suitable for more representative events, conferences and business meetings. The parks, paddocks and car park can accommodate large outdoor zones, vehicle displays and temporary structures. For exhibitors, this offers considerable design flexibility but also requires the conditions of the specific stand location to be carefully checked. The type of surface, access to power, installation method, weather protection and transport route for stand elements should all be established. For outdoor stands, solutions resistant to wind and rainfall should be prepared. Graphic materials, furniture, monitors and electrical equipment should be suitable for the location in which they will be used. For installations inside the historic grandstands, it is important to take account of mounting restrictions and the existing architecture. The design should make use of the character of the space while remaining compliant with the venue administrator's requirements. The size of the complex makes correct logistics essential. Before the event, the exact stand location, correct entrance, technical gate, parking rules and distance between the unloading point and exhibition area should be carefully checked. How EXPO-24 helps with the booth

Concrete support for the exhibitor from design to assembly

Booth wrapping and branding

We design and implement the wrapping of walls, counters, and exhibition elements so that the brand is readable from a distance and consistent across the entire structure.

LUMIBOX for stronger exposure

The illuminated display with screens attracts traffic to the booth and boosts product visibility. LUMIBOX works as an add-on module independently of the selected wrapping package.

Organization of accessories, structure, and materials

We coordinate printing, structure, exhibition accessories, and assembly in the hall so that the exhibitor has one schedule, one team, and a predictable implementation process. We adapt our schedule to your logistics.

Materials

From surface wrapping to the structure and exhibition of the booth.

We plan the section in two layers: first, branding and wall wrapping, and then structural elements and exhibition items. Thanks to this, the booth is visually and technically consistent.

01 / Wrapping and branding

The layer that builds the first contact with the brand.

Foil with Latex print

Full colors, photos and gradients for wall branding. Durable for trade fairs and less unpleasant odor during assembly.

Special foils

Selection for specific hall surfaces: Octanorm, MDF, boards and blends. Priority: stable assembly and safe disassembly.

Color foils and accents

Letters, stripes and color identification without full printing. Good balance of cost and visual effect.

Cutting and plotting

Logos, icons and non-standard shapes cut along the outline. It works well where graphics are to work as an element of architecture.

Translucent foil

For illumination: light boxes, reflectors and LED panels. Even light and consistent brand colors.

02 / Development and exhibition

Elements that organize the stand and strengthen the message.

Modular construction

Exhibition systems with repeatable segments - quick assembly and disassembly, predictable cost and ergonomic flow at the stand.

Individual trade fair development

Design for a specific hall and exhibition: unusual walls, platforms, meeting areas. Full compliance with the regulations and the deadline in the room.

PVC boards

Rigid media printed with messages, slogans and product markings. Light and resistant, good for sales and information areas.

Screens and digital media

Monitors, TV and totems with video or presentation. We integrate them with the deadline for graphics installation so that the entire structure is ready in one day.

We standardly work on materials and adhesives that do not damage wall surfaces and do not leave hard-to-remove marks after dismantling.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions by exhibitors

What do I need to prepare as an exhibitor to get started?

It's best to prepare: the technical plan of the booth from the organizer (or dimensions), the assembly date, the logo and basic brand materials, and information on what you want to showcase. Based on this, we select the package and scope of work.

Do I have to provide my own graphic design?

No. We can print from your ready-made files or prepare a design from scratch based on your guidelines and brand book.

How to prepare for a quote?

We need: the technical plan of the booth from the trade fair organizer (or just the wall dimensions), an initial idea for the graphics, and the assembly date. The earlier, the more flexibility we have.

Do the foils leave marks on the walls?

We standardly use foils that do not leave glue and do not damage the panels after dismantling. This is crucial if the structure is rented from the organizer.

What is the lead time?

The timeline depends on the scope and the hall's calendar. In practice, we start by matching the package to the budget and assembly dates, and then we confirm a realistic schedule. Last-minute? Write to us — we will check availability and propose an option that can be safely delivered.

Do you help choose a package if the budget is fixed?

Yes. That's our standard. In the configurator and during the pricing, we show which elements give the greatest impact on the booth within your budget and what can be added or removed without risking the quality of assembly.

Do you travel to any hall in Poland?

Yes. We focus on Poland — we carry out booth wrapping and assembly in halls all over the country (including cities with large-format trade fair centers). We will adapt the quote and assembly plan to your location and the organizer's deadline.

How does LUMIBOX differ from a standard board?

LUMIBOX is an illuminated modular display – it shines evenly and is visible from a long distance. We rent it for the duration of the trade fair, so you don't have to invest in owning the equipment. Available with every package.

What is included in the price per m² of wrapping?

Depending on the package: print (Latex), foil or medium, minor graphic adjustments (fitting to the structure, bleeds, scaling), assembly in the hall, and dismantling. We prepare a detailed quote individually for each booth.

Ile kosztuje wynajęcie i wyposażenie stanowiska targowego?
