How much does it cost to cover a trade fair stand?
The cost of wrapping depends mainly on the wall surface, the type of foil used and the complexity of the graphic design. We always prepare individual estimates, tailoring the budget to your needs. Can only part of the walls be covered?
Of course! Very often, our clients decide to cover only the main rear wall (the so-called backwall), leaving the side walls in a standard color (e.g. white). This is a great solution that allows for effective branding while optimizing costs.
How much does it cost to build a stand (9m², 16m², 20m², 25m²)?
The price of the development depends on many factors: the selected exhibition system, furniture, lighting, floor and multimedia used. Smaller stands (e.g. 9 m² or 16 m²) with standard construction are less expensive, while larger stands (20 m², 25 m²) with dedicated elements and full branding are priced on a project basis. Is it possible to set up a stand without ordering from the organizer?
Yes, this is the most recommended solution. From the fair organizer, you only buy "clean" exhibition space (so-called undeveloped space), and you entrust the design and construction of the stand to an external company, such as ours. This gives you complete freedom in arrangement and makes you independent from standard, often repetitive organizer systems.
Can I cover a stand rented from the organizer?
Yes, but it requires an appropriate, non-invasive approach. Fair regulations usually strictly prohibit sticking standard foil directly on the organizer's white system boards (this may result in high penalties). We have proven ways to do this! We print graphics on easily removable foil. We have proven solutions for every type of wall. We ensure clean disassembly. Thanks to this, you gain professional branding without having to worry about contractual penalties.
How long does implementation take?
Stand wrapping can be ordered up to 7 days before the fair in express mode. The implementation time depends on the scale of the project. Typically, the process from design acceptance to production readiness takes several days (from 2 to 4 weeks for installation). The on-site assembly itself takes place on the days designated by the organizer, just before the start of the fair (usually it takes us from 1 to 3 days).
Do you help with the project?
Yes, we provide comprehensive service. If you do not have a ready design, our team will prepare attractive 3D visualizations and graphic designs for you. Then we will take care of production, transport, assembly and, after the event, dismantling the stand.
Do you also offer comprehensive stand development?
Of course. In addition to professional wrapping, we also offer design and construction of individual exhibition stands that will fully reflect the character of your brand.
Is a TV the best way to present your offer at a stand?
A TV screen is a popular choice, but at noisy trade fairs it often gets lost in the crowd, and static slides rarely catch the eye from a distance.
