We do not have to take over the entire event organization or replace the creative agency. We can join the project as the contractor responsible for the physical production of the scenery and its efficient launch at the venue.

We work from finished visualizations, brand books, technical drawings or initial concepts. We verify whether elements can be produced, select materials, prepare production files and propose solutions suited to the budget, schedule and installation conditions.

This means the event producer does not have to coordinate the print shop, build contractor, 3D letter supplier and installation crew separately.

Television and studio scenery - prepared for the camera

Studio scenery is viewed differently from classic event decoration. A camera lens reveals uneven surfaces, imprecise joints, light reflections and differences between finishes that may go unnoticed by an audience standing a few metres from the stage.

When producing television and recording scenery, we focus on reducing reflections from studio lights, selecting matte or satin surfaces, matching graphics, masking joints and fixings, refining elements visible in close-up and ensuring structural stability during repeated recordings.

We deliver scenery for television programmes, commercial shoots, expert interviews, webinars, video podcasts, online broadcasts and live formats.

We have direct experience working to television production standards for TVP, Polsat and TVN. Our work has included printing and scenery elements for the TVP3 Warszawa studio and a stage setting for an LED screen during the WAWA Bohaterom gala.

We produce stage settings for conferences, congresses, galas, concerts, product launches and corporate events. We can make a single conference backdrop or a comprehensive set including screen housing, dimensional logos, a stage front, a lectern and sponsor signage.

When designing the technical solution, we take into account the dimensions of the stage and room, the placement of screens and AV equipment, audience sight lines, camera and lighting positions, transport routes, the available installation time and the option to divide the structure into modules.

We produce large-format backgrounds for conferences, galas, studios and broadcasts. They can be based on aluminium frames with stretched fabric, modular systems or full board structures. A conference backdrop can serve as the main stage background, a branding surface, a sponsor wall or an element masking technical backstage areas.

Multimedia

Integrating scenery with AV technology

An LED screen, lighting, sound and scenery must be planned as parts of one space. Even the best-built structure should not hinder access to devices, block ventilation or clash with cables and the supporting structure.

Before production, we determine screen dimensions, frame positions, cable routes, service access, support methods, crew work sequence and the responsibilities of the AV contractor and scenery contractor.

B2B cooperation

We work in a B2B model, taking over a defined production scope without interfering in the agency’s relationship with its client. We can act as the contractor for complete scenery, a selected stage element, printing and graphic application, dimensional lettering, screen housing, transport, installation or dismantling.

We receive the design and specification, recommend technical solutions, produce the elements and deliver them according to the schedule. The agency coordinator works with one contractor instead of several separate subcontractors.

Can you produce scenery from an existing design?

Yes. We can deliver a design prepared by an agency, architect, set designer or marketing team. Before production starts, we check dimensions, technical divisions, materials and the installation method.

Can you prepare a scenery design?

We can develop an execution concept and technical solutions based on a brief, dimensions and an initial visualization. For complex creative projects, we can work with a designer or set designer appointed by the client.

Do you produce individual scenery elements?

Yes. The order may cover only a backdrop, a 3D logo, a screen surround, a stage front, a lectern or a set of graphics.

Do you install scenery in studios or venues?

Yes. The service can include transport, carrying in, installation, graphic application and preparing the scenery for approval before an event or recording.

Can the scenery be reused?

Yes, if it is designed from the start as a modular structure. We can prepare a reusable base and replaceable graphics for future editions of the event.

Do you produce scenery for webinars and podcasts?
